These groups are a backbone of our organization, actively contributing to the enrichment of our corporate culture, fostering community and promoting growth. Since 2022, employee-led DEI groups have experienced a 45% increase in membership.

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) play a pivotal role in organizing various events that celebrate diversity, promote awareness during heritage months and offer invaluable mentoring and networking opportunities for our employees. Beyond the workplace, these groups actively engage in service and volunteering initiatives, reflecting our dedication to making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.
